A warm welcome to the Meisterhof

A holiday on a farm that is still actively farmed

The Meisterhof lies on the edge of Hundham, surrounded by the meadows of the Leitzach Valley in Upper Bavaria. We have farmed it to Naturland organic standards since 2009 and keep around 18 dairy cows of the local Miesbacher Fleckvieh breed, which are milked twice a day. If you like, you can fetch fresh milk from the cowshed in the morning and evening and watch the milking. It is raw milk, so please boil it before drinking. The three holiday apartments are in a house of their own, each with its own entrance.

Into the cowshed with the children

Children are welcome to come into the cowshed, together with Mum or Dad and one of us. There they feed the calves, watch the milking and, in summer, ride out to the pasture on the tractor with the farmer. Calves are born regularly, and with a bit of luck you may be there for a birth. Outside there is a big trampoline, a swing and slide, a table tennis table, table football, pedal go-karts and a meadow with a football goal.
