Rates are per apartment and night. What a night costs depends on how many of you there are and how long you stay, and the rate for the length of your stay then applies to every night. Final cleaning is included in the price.

The municipality of Fischbachau charges a visitor’s tax (Kurbeitrag) for every night. The days of arrival and departure count together as one day, so you pay for as many days as you stay nights. The booking form includes the tax in your total, and you pay it on site together with the rent. In return you receive the digital guest card.

For the registration with the municipality, the dates of birth of all guests are needed. You fill in the registration form with us when you arrive, and that is why this form only asks for the children’s ages.
What the guest card includesAll guests are welcome to use the playground with its trampoline, swing and slide, the football pitch, the table tennis table, the table football, the barbecue area and the lawns on the farm. The duty to supervise children lies with their parents or the adults they are staying with. Your stay on the farm and the use of the playground, the football pitch and the play equipment are at your own risk. This does not affect our liability under our terms of stay.
You pay the total price and the visitor’s tax in cash on arrival, and we do not ask for a deposit. Please have cash with you, as that is the only way to pay on the farm.

Read the terms of stayTravel cancellation insurance can cover the costs if something comes up. You take it out yourself with a provider of your choice.
For holiday apartments booked for fixed dates there is no right of withdrawal (Sec. 312g(2) no. 9 German Civil Code).
We take the extra step by e-mail because we do not ask for a deposit. This way we know there is a real guest behind every booking.
You can book in German or English. We store your booking, and you receive the contract text with all details by e-mail.
