At 120 m², the ground-floor apartment is the largest of the three. It is bright and furnished in country style.
The living room has a green tiled stove, and above the corner bench by the window hangs a crucifix in the traditional Bavarian way. There are two bedrooms plus a small reading room that also works as a children’s room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has its own dining corner. The shower room and the separate WC have both been newly renovated, and the terrace faces south-east and south-west.

This apartment has been inspected to the criteria of the German Tourism Association (DTV) and classified with 4 stars (DTV ID 263932). The classification covers up to 4 guests and is valid until 25 October 2027. You can book the apartment for up to 5 guests, with an extra bed added.

What makes it special
The green tiled stove
It stands in the living room, with a cushioned stove bench in front of it. The stove has been renewed, and you are welcome to light it. The sofa and the corner bench below the crucifix in the corner are in the same room.
A large hallway with a spinning wheel
The large hallway has room for the whole family’s shoes and coats, and there is also a spinning wheel and a chest of drawers.
Two bedrooms plus the reading room
Both bedrooms have a double bed, and the second one also has a single bed. The small reading room can be used as a children’s room.

Is the reading room a separate room?
Yes, it is a small room of its own and can also be used as a children’s room.
Is there a second WC?
Yes. Besides the shower room with WC, the apartment has a separate WC, and both have been newly renovated.
Can we light the tiled stove?
Yes. The green tiled stove in the living room has been renewed, and you are welcome to light it.
How much does a night cost?
The apartment costs from €80 per night for 2 guests staying 4 nights or more, final cleaning included, plus visitor’s tax. For three or four guests and for shorter stays a night costs more, and the full rate list is on the Rates and Booking page.
What is included in the price?
Final cleaning is included in the price, we provide bed linen and towels free of charge, every apartment has Wi-Fi and satellite TV, and it comes with its own garage. The local visitor’s tax is charged separately.
How much is the visitor’s tax?
The municipality of Fischbachau charges €3.00 per night for adults and €1.50 for children aged 6 to 17, and children under 6 stay free. In return you get the digital guest card, which gives you free or reduced entry to many places nearby.
How do we pay?
You pay in cash when you arrive. We don’t ask for a deposit.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, one dog per apartment, except in the Top-Floor Apartment, which is dog-free. State your dog when you book, online by ticking the dog box, and our booking confirmation then makes it agreed. We charge €15 per night for the dog, which you will see in the total price before you book.
Can more than four people stay?
Yes, up to 5 people, children and babies included. The fifth guest sleeps on the single bed in the second bedroom, for €15 per night.
